Refund Policy

Shuga Snap Jewelry accepts items back for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and not be damaged in any way. 

Items returned to Shuga Snap Jewelry will be refunded when the items arrive at Shuga Snap Jewelry. It is up to the customer to pay for shipping of items for return.

Items purchased on a discount will be refunded the discount amount.

All refund amounts will be deducted a restock fee of $0.50 per item returned.  Restock fees do not apply to warrantee items being returned or replaced. 

Shuga Snap Jewerly does not refund any shipping amounts to the customer for returns or warrantee items paid out upon purchase of items that were shipped to the customer.
